Each package is valid for one year from your first session, so you can move at your own pace.

However, if you're unsure whether we're the right fit and would prefer to take it one step at a time, there’s no pressure.

The most important thing is finding someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, so you can share openly and feel fully supported.
